Well I don't mind helping out when I can. I will say that there are some areas that I won't instruct someone on how to fix or correct a problem they may have. This is due to the fear of ruining their computer. Sometimes if a person doesn't know what they are doing no matter how much instructions you give them it's still better off getting a professional to do it hands on so to speak.
